In my years of experience I have always tried to follow rules when in customer service situations, but one rule has always been in the top three: First impressions are everything. In a cleaning or janitorial environment my job skills can only take me so far. I believe to truly reach my goals of being the absolute best professional I can be, learning or improving my customer service skills will ensure a quality and long lasting relationship with my customers, which in turn benefits my life and the life of my business.
The quality of training provided through IJCSA benefits anyone willing and ready to take on new challenges in life and grow their business and livelihood.
