Here at Bubble Bucket, we strive to provide the best possible cleaning service to you and as a result we have completed our IJCSA Green Cleaning Certification! We believe that education is one of the most important ways to improve our health and our environment and we want to share our knowledge with you!

We plan to implement our green cleaning daily by utilizing safer choice or all natural green products to reduce to harmful chemicals floating in your air. Also, knowing that each of our Bubble Bucket employees will have the same training to share with each customer is a pivotal moment to showcase the importance of our mission to be greener. Being more conservative with water and reducing usage of single use plastics is of the utmost importance. To accomplish this goal, we use reusable microfiber cloths and steam mopping getting the same results without wasting natural resources.

Being green certified makes all the difference in the moments you share with your clients. At that moment, you can realize that everyone working together can make the biggest impact on our planet.

Growing up in more rural areas, it was just accustomed to go to the local store and grab whatever cleaner is on the shelf. Have you ever looked at the ingredient list? More and more harmful chemicals are placed on shelves in local markets and as consumers we just purchase it. But what if we started to look into the makeup of how dangerous these chemicals we use in every day life are.

While being accustomed to using these chemicals we start to notice an increase in allergies or difficulty breathing or a increase in heart rate. These adverse effects can be from the cleaners you use in your home. Often times aerosols emit chemicals into the air affects our respiratory system and our vision, thus polluting the air in our homes. Do you know the smell from your new mattress? It's formaldehyde and pollutes our air just by opening the plastic! It is also a carcinogen and respiratory irritant.

Green cleaners are typically are made of more natural ingredients. Lemon juice, vinegar, or even baking soda are great examples of non toxic cleaners that we can use in our everyday lives. The acidity in the lemon juice makes for a great cleaner and disinfectant. Vinegar is used to remove grease or wax and baking soda is a natural odor eliminator and can be used as a non abrasive cleaner.

Regular household cleaners may use some of the same natural properties but also have extra additives that directly effect our health over time. A more common household cleaner is bleach. Bleach itself is corrosive and in higher concentrates provides more risk. But bleach also pollutes the air around us and can cause respiratory illnesses such as asthma. Bleach contains sodium hypochlorite which is a common to cause issues when mixing with other chemicals specifically ammonia. When these products are mixed they can sometimes form chlorine gas which is also a bioweapon.

As can be deducted, more natural cleaning products pose less risk to our everyday health and the environment around us. When we continue to use cleaners that can harm us we stand the potential to destroy our health and the community around us. Its time to start thinking green when you clean. To help find this in your community you can always look to the IJCSA cleaning service directory for all your green cleaning services at the website below.

So initially green cleaning products are expensive and just harsh to breath. But we found that simple green is a great chemical to use. Simple Green multi purpose is a safer choice product, and reduces the use of harmful chemicals. It has a nice fragrance and doesn't overpower the rooms.

The benefit of having a green cleaning program is all of them! Green cleaning affects everyone and everything. More than anything, having a program that is easy to use and share with your customers is the best of all because more customers can get involved with improving their own cleaning methods.

When using greener cleaning products you reduce contact with harmful chemicals by surface contact, inhalation, or ingestion. Also having reusable resources such as micro fiber cloths to cut down on single paper usage saves our trees. Greener cleaning methods simply are the best hands down. The longer we wait to take our position, the more damage we continue to do to the planet.

Those employed in the fields of health and medicine are often in environments that possess a reasonably concerning risk for exposure of health-threatening bacteria, contaminants, etc., thus creating a risk for employees to develop health problems, like disease, if exposed. Because of this, healthcare employees alike must understand the necessary safety precautions (and responsive actions) in order to decrease this risk of fellow employees developing health problems from exposure of said health-threatening agents and the potential spreading of these health-threatening agents to patrons.

Just one of many health risks present is the prevalence of bloodborne pathogens present in various healthcare environments. According to OSHO (Occupational Safety and Health Administration), it's imperative for employees and staff of healthcare facilities to evaluate the risk of exposure to health-threatening agents in their respective environments, especially those in which exposure to blood is common, like hospitals. Should this risk be alarmingly concerning, employees and staff should seriously consider integrating and enforcing OSHO's own Bloodborne Pathogen Standard within their workplace.

This standard is a comprehensive approach for educating healthcare employees on decreasing the risk of employee/patron exposure to blood-borne pathogens (among other health-threatening agents) as well as understanding how to control infections and spread upon exposure: this approach is both proactive and reactive. By adopting OSHO's standard, employees and staff will understand what bloodborne pathogens are, different forms of exposure, and how to prevent said forms of exposure via protective practices among other pertinent details about specific kinds of blood-borne pathogens, like HIV and HBV.

Understanding how to decrease exposure via proper precautions and reactions can greatly prevent wide spreading, and thus could ultimately prevent patrons and other employees from developing health problems from these bloodborne pathogens and other health-threatening agents. Even if facilities don't adopt OSHO's own standard, universal prevention precautions should still be enforced to ensure the safety and well-being of a facility's employees and patrons.

Great customer service in the janitorial or cleaning service business is essential to the growth of the business and educating the customers on the benefits of green cleaning. Customer service is all about providing the security that customers need in knowing that you as their service provider has their best interest. One on one interaction with the customer(s) is very important for the business. This is an opportunity that is granted that allows the company to establish a relationship and allow the customer to know what you have to offer and that you have been educated on the information that you are providing. Being a current business owner of other services, that method has worked best for me and has allowed my business to grow.

In addition to providing exceptional customer service, being IJCSA certified makes the customer service experience even more exceptional. When a cleaning company shows their credentials for a service that they provide, again, it provides that feeling of security that the person(s) is thoroughly educated on the service that they are expected to provide. In speaking of being thorough, if a company offers a website for a potential customer to view, they should be sure to provide all the services that they offer and why they provide the service they provide with credible resources. When rendering any service, it is important to make sure and display to the customer that they are a priority, and you are there to service their needs. Being IJCSA certified is proof that, as a company, the customer is guaranteed premium quality service. Below I am providing a link to a company that I feel, exemplifies what I have described above.
