How much are the certification courses? Our most frequently asked question. Certification courses are included at no extra charge with all of our membership packages. All study materials and tests are available online. Members are encouraged to certify at their own pace. The same accredited certification courses other websites and associations are charging hundreds or thousands of dollars for are all included with your membership dues. If you want to purchase a customized certificate with your name on it suitable for framing after certification course completion there is an extra charge of $14.95 per certificate.
Can my employees take your certification courses? YES, once you have completed and passed any of our certification courses you can administer the certification course materials and tests to your employees. You can then also reward your employees with an official IJCSA certificate of completion or your own in-house company certificate.
Does my business get advertised in all IJCSA directories? Yes as a IJCSA Member Company, you decide which directories that you want to advertise in by making selections in your member account profile. We suggest clicking on all cleaning service selections in your profile, you can always turn down the job if you don`t want it or subcontract the work out.
Do I receive an IJCSA Member ID? Yes, all members receive an identification number which is used in your business proposal cover letter given to potential clients informing them of your certifications and training. Include your Member ID with all estimates and proposals to give your company the advantage over competitors.
Can I use the association logo? Yes, as an IJCSA Member Company you are encouraged to use the logo in all your advertisements, business cards, and social media.
What type of discounts do I get as a member? Savings on janitorial insurance, bonding, supplies, business services, etc.
What payment processor does IJCSA use? Paypal and it is totally safe. Our staff never sees your financial information.
Can I pay by personal check, company check, or money order? YES! Fill out your membership application on the website and a invoice will be emailed to you. Please print off your invoice & mail to the office. Please allow 9-14 days for account activation via US MAIL.
What are membership dues used for? Group advertising programs, certification and educational programs, membership marketing, website maintenance, staff, promotions and giveaways.
Do you spam me with offers all the time? We only send one email a week with new discounts, and other association happenings.
I `m not a big company why should I join the association? (It is just me doing the cleaning. I do not consider myself a company.)
