This contract is to be for (1) one year from the date of acceptance and renewed on a monthly basis thereafter. Either party may cancel with a (30) thirty days written notice to the other party.
All work is guaranteed to be specified, and the above work to be performed in accordance with the specifications submitted.
Work to be done for the sum of Dollars (________________ Per Month) billed at the end of each month. Payment to be made to Your business name here payable and due by the 10th of the following month. All Payments after due date are subject to standard late charge of, 2.25% pro-rated daily on all past due balances.
Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs, will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the proposal price stated. All agreements contingent upon strikes, accidents, or delays beyond our control. Work to be done as stated, unless otherwise specified, by any "Act of God " , Bad Weather Etc.
