Many of our members have years of experience, while some also have no experience in the janitorial cleaning industry. Though these inexperienced members also have alot to share. Their past backgrounds include management, payroll, advertising and marketing, PR, bookkeeping, general cleaning skills....etc.
Joining the program allows you to learn from another member, while also teaching. All members can benefit from a friend in the industry, a person to call for advice and tips while not competing with the other peers business.
Challenge: Can you improve your business in 30 days? At IJCSA we think so. Especially when you are communicating with another service provider who has the same goal.

Program details: Your mentor and you should decide how often you should talk and when. We suggest every three days by phone for 15 minutes the first 30 days. The first discussion should be a basic introduction and how you both want to benefit from this program.
Other Talking Points For Mentoring:
Advertising & Marketing - How are you both advertising and marketing your business. What has worked what has not?
Bidding & Estimating - Determine the price range for competitive bids. (What would you charge for this?)
Success & Failures- Discuss and congratulate each other with each new bid received, discuss thoughts on why you did not receive a contract.
General Business Operations- Cleaning procedures, accounting methods, business tips and advice, safety, how to information, collections, .. etc.
