Implementing medical cleaning into residential & commercial cleaning would be by taking the same precautions steps you would take in medical cleaning about being exposed to blood-borne pathogens, and other harmful germs. As well as using the proper PPE always when cleaning areas in either residential and commercial areas.
Since now we know the risks of not being careful when cleaning residential and commercial areas we could contract or come in contact with Blood borne pathogens and harmful germs that may harm our self and other employees in the place you’re cleaning you can also cause cross contamination.
Another thing we can implement in residential and commercial cleaning is reminding the cleaners to disinfect all tools they use, after cleaning area to avoid cross contaminated from one place to another when going to another home or business to clean
Also another thing we can implement is use of proper cleaning chemicals to kill the bacterias and viruses that can be found in residential homes and commercial business facilities to help lessen the cross contamination from indirect contact to direct contact .

Implementing mold remediation into a cleaning business is a great option since mold can come into place just by fixing things and or can be hidden and we would be able to go ahead and fix it without having to wait until another service company to come and do the remediation.

Having mold services is a great option to add more business and keeping everyone safe from those mold related illnesses. Also now with the certification we can have a bit more confidence on doing and handling mold correctly.

I find safe to say that it is extremely important that all employees and cleaning staff know about Bloodborne Pathogens. Microorganisms such as; HBV, HCV, and HIV can be found in Bloodborne Pathogens. Without proper training or knowing about Bloodborne Pathogens, how would employees or staff members react to a harmful or potentially deadly situation? Probably in an uneducated or dangerous way.

Also, when employees and staff undergo training it brings clarity to the workplace. Just knowing that all personnel has taken the time to learn what Bloodborne Pathogens are and how to wash their hands properly before and after disinfecting a contaminated area creates a safe working environment for everyone.

Getting the proper training and knowing about all the hazards within your work environment should never be compromise. Little things like compacting garbage with your hands can expose you to Bloodborne Pathogens if you get cut or poked by a sharp and I think it's important for employees and staff to know these things.

    Sincerely,

    Jermain Felton

When a person dies, their body will be taken for final preparations. However, biological fluid, blood, or decomposition is left behind. Many people may think that EMT's or police will remove the biological material, but the job is not their responsibility.

It can be traumatic for family members to clean up the remains of a loved one, so a vital industry was created to assist them: biohazard cleaners also known as crime scene cleaners.

This job is not for the weak of stomach. It can be hazardous and undesirable, but for those who stick with it, it can be very lucrative. IJCSA member businesses can do well for themselves by adding this much needed service to their list of services.

Worksites like hospitals are often havens for germs and the spread of viruses due to the close proximity of workers from one to another. Many workers also come to work sick for fear of taking time off from work. As such, it is important to find ways to reduce the spread of germs in the workplace.

In addition to everyday exposure to colds and flu viruses, the rise of COVID-19 has added a new concern in the work place. Coughing, sneezing, not washing hands, and touching common objects like door knobs help spread viruses.

Sanitizing workplaces can help limit the spread of germs and viruses. With the COVID virus, cleaning businesses like the ones found on https://www.ijcsa.org/Janitorial-Service-Directory-Find-A-Janitorial-Service-JanitorialServices can play a huge role in keeping job sites safe.

Janitorial and cleaning companies can implement medical cleaning into their list of services by using proper PPE, getting certified in bloodborne pathogens, and recognizing the dangers of viruses in helping hospitals reduce germs and exposure to germs.

Hospitals and other medical facilities like clinics and dental offices are places we go to receive services when we need medical or preventative procedures done. Because there are countless patients seen each day, it is important for these facilities to remain clean.

Patients in hospitals can have weakened immune systems so it is extremely important that they are not exposed to germs in a hospital that can make them sick.

Cleaning businesses like the ones found on https://www.ijcsa.org/Janitorial-Service-Directory-Find-A-Janitorial-Service-JanitorialServices specialize in using proper chemicals and PPE to make sure medical facilities are safe from bloodborne pathogens and other germs and viruses.
