We are a network of family-owned businesses that are all now owned and operated by Clean Sweeps Tx, LLC. The initial company began as Iron Mountain Janitorial services and was started by my father. Performing commercial cleaning services, I assisted him every step of the way and wanted to perform residential services in addition to commercial services. Thus, Clean Sweeps was started and began servicing both in addition to cleaning and polishing flooring using auto floor scrubbers and propane buffers. Shortly after PEJ was started by my brother and his business was branded to clean aircraft carriers. Each providing separate specialty cleaning for client projects, servicing commercial properties in different types of industries including, retail, medical & dental, aircraft, environmental, distribution, warehousing, and logistical businesses will continue to operate under their original branded names but now fall under one umbrella and act as one singular LLC entity that I've named Clean Sweeps Tx, LLC or CSTX for short. Our intent is to become a facilities maintenance company provider who can complete all required services for all of the commercial and residential clients we currently do business with. We're in the process of obtaining a master certification from IJCSA along with other certifications for all services we provide. Our newest venture currently in process is to obtain certification in Hazmat cleaning services. We wish to perform hazmat duties for crime scene cleaning and to offer instructional training services for our employees and others that may be interested in obtaining the certification. By bringing all the companies together we are now able to offer more services to our clients, at lower costs and for the services we are unable to complete. We have created business relationships with a few of our current clients who are licensed to perform and complete the services that we are unable to complete, and we're proud to announce that we've brokered deals with licensed companies in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, handy work, and network IT support or Tech services to perform additionally required services and are actively working on offering more services on a daily basis. This will not only cuts cost and saves time for requestor; it'll reduce stress and hassle of locating a qualified service provider. For Service providers it reduces advertising costs, and generates additional revenue for provider, overall is beneficial for both parties involved.
