    There are many benefits of having a Green Cleaning Program. This type of program is beneficial for both the client and the cleaning company. This is considered the healthy cleaning option.

    From a client’s perspective green cleaning can help improve indoor air quality and reduces the exposure to harsh cleaning chemicals.     It is very important that we are aware of possible exposure to Blood-borne Pathogens. We must not only wear the proper protection but me must also  dispose of these items as well.

    We should also continue to stress the importance of proper hand washing.Training your employees is crucial and should be in everyone's training program.

    We should also stress the importance of wearing the correct PPE. Which will include teaching them when to  replace safety glasses once they are scratched or broken. How to properly take of your gloves and not to reuse contaminated gloves.

    Customers are the reason we are in business. If you can show your customers that you really care about them by asking them what they really are looking. To this you must also listen and understand what the costumer is asking and looking for.

    Showing that you actually care for your customers goes a long way  and can lead to a long lasting relationship.     Janitors and the janitorial staff members play an especially important role to our everyday lives.  If you are an employee, consumer, or business owner, janitorial services definitely play an vital role, whether it is directly or indirectly. As cleaning professionals our primary responsibility is to clean and disinfect in order to prevent the spread of diseases. For example, COVID-19 has definitely brought light to what we really do and how essential the janitorial profession is to the world.

    One key aspect of a janitorial company is training.  Janitorial professionals are constantly directly exposed to the dangers of the workplace (such as COVID-19).  It is imperative that staff members are professionally trained in order to prevent self-injury, unprotected exposure, and most importantly cross contamination.  Cross contamination can cause an entire building to become ill, this includes employees & customers

    Like any other field your customers are your priority. There will be times when a customer is unhappy with a situation, and how you handle those is a huge part of your business. Answe the call, make things right, that’s all what customer service is about.
