    As someone who is new to the cleaning industry, I come from a financial compliance background and understand the importance of having a clear and effective system for every process.  Addressing bloodborne pathogens is not just about cleaning, but the impacts on staff and customers health and safety.  Understanding what Bloodborne Pathogens are, how they are transmitted, and how to protect yourself, employees and customers is essential for anyone working in an environment where accidental exposure is possible.  

    From a compliance standpoint, training and effective processes are foundational.  I want to build my business based on educational and easy to understand systems that ensure every employee knows exactly what to do if they encounter a potentially hazardous situation.  Writing procedures based on OSHA and industry standards protects employees and my business by meeting standards.

    Looking ahead, my goal is to create a practical system that future employees (when I eventually start hiring) can easily follow even if they have no previous experience.
