Providing Green Cleaning Services starts with a creative mind to combat the uses of harsh chemicals. We believe the best proactive cleaning is proper maintenance to reduce the need for harsh chemicals.

Some steps to be consider could be as simple as directing traffic flow, providing door mat/rug to reduce soil traffic. Most importantly regular cleaning routine to reduce damage build up. Regular routine consist of daily vacuuming, dusting, disinfecting. Our 5S Cleaning model: Sort, Shine, Sanitize, Standardize, Sustain.

If the above steps could be taken into practice the use of harsh chemical could be limited. Green cleaning products will be just as effective and less abrasive to clean.

Industrial cleaning products contains harsh chemicals. Being exposed to harmful chemical daily could have an effect on your health, to other occupants and the environment.

Individuals cleaners should take precautions when working with chemical cleaning agent. Proper protective equipment should be practice. The daily exposures to harsh chemicals may cause multiple health illness. Whether it is from the vapor or from skin contact. One may build an allergic reaction over time to certain chemical agent as well.

When using chemical to clean, one should consider the effects it may have to other occupants in the building. Cleaners must find non scented cleaning agent as others may have lower tolerance to the scent. These vapor/scent may cause irritation to the lung and eyes.

All these chemical products will end up in our environment. Mainly in our water system. This will lead to major consequences, since it will effect many life forms such as animals, beneficial bacterial and the many plants. We live in an ecosystem that if one species is extinct it may cause a domino effect through out the world.

Green cleaning will lower many of these risk describe above. However, proper training and with knowledgeable employee is it key to combat these negative effects. To find valuable green cleaning services view the below link.

Blood-borne pathogens can be dangerous to ones health. Everyone should know the basic of blood-borne pathogens, but it is extremely important for cleaning employers and staff to know what they are and how they work. Blood-borne pathogens are not seen by the naked eye. So employees need to know that they are not contaminating themselves, other people or other locations. They need to know what these blood borne pathogens are so they cant identify them. They need to know who they are treated or cured. they should know how to properly clean them so no one else is infected. They also need to know how to properly dispose of any contaminated items.

In today's society it's very important to have the knowledge of what is Bloodborn pathogens and how it's spread. I believe it's most important in a work place. On an average people work 40-80Hrs a week. Those are the same ones that are most likely to be in contact with bloodborn pathogens. If not handle correctly they can also be the same one that can spread it.

What is Bloodborn Pathogens? Is a disease in a human body, contracted through direct and indirect contact. It includes Hep B, Hep C and HI V which can also develop into AIDS.Its five ways its spread through contact. Those fives ways are eyes, nose, mouth and anus. An indirect way could be an used needle.

For example an cna will need to learn how to deal with bloodborn pathogens. They will need to know how properly take off their gloves without disinfecting their hands. Also to immediately wash them for 20 seconds minimum. They always deal with disposing of briefs with bodily fluids. Its important to know which trash can to dispose the trash. Also again to wash your hands immediately afterwards for 20 seconds.

Harmful chemicals are prevalent not only in general consumer cleaning products but also in foods, cosmetics, home construction, clothing and many industries. In the average American home, around 63 synthetic chemical products can be found. This equates to approximately 10 gallons of hazardous chemicals.[4] By using more ecologically-friendly products, including green cleaning formulations and products, consumers may be able to reduce human health risks by reducing exposure to these and other harmful chemicals.

Once these hazardous chemicals are present in the environment people can become exposed to them. Chemicals can move through air, soil, and water. They can also be on plants or animals, and can get into the air we breathe, the food we eat and the water we drink..

Nearly every human activity leaves behind some kind of waste in the environment.

Households create ordinary garbage. Cars, trucks, and buses emit exhaust gases while in oeperation.

We as a society must learn and implement Green practices to better sustain our health. We can no longer sit back and allow it to happen.

At EDA we take pride in choosing the right protocol in the services we offer and implement Green products and services to leave no footprint on our environment. By using green products like hydrogen peroxide we feel we have better served our clients and know we are helping our environment heal.

Green cleaning is a term that describes a growing trend in favor of using cleaning methods with environmentally-friendly ingredients and chemicals to preserve human health and environmental quality.[1] Green cleaning techniques and products avoid the use of chemically-reactive and toxic cleaning products which contain various toxic chemicals, some of which emit volatile organic compounds (VOCs) causing respiratory and dermatological problems among other adverse effects.[citation needed] Green cleaning can also describe the way residential and industrial cleaning products are manufactured, packaged and distributed. If the manufacturing process is environmentally-friendly and the products are biodegradable, then the term "green" or "eco-friendly" may apply.

People are aware that toxic chemicals are destroying the environment and are seeking companies that offer these alternatives. We at EDA are dedicated to using green products and want to do our part in making the environment a better place to live.

Green cleaning, in a commercial/industrial setting, can mean a holistic approach to facility cleaning and maintenance that can provide health benefits, improved productivity, reduced liability, cost savings and improved community relations.
Recent advancements in chemical technology have made it possible to develop cleaning products that are as effective as traditional products, but that do not contain harsh ingredients.

As a certified green cleaning company we at EDA take your concerns seriously and implement green technology into every service we offer. We give a 100% guarantee that our products are safe and green. That our clients are safer for using our products and services.

There are many dangers of getting affected by coming into contact, with someone else's blood and/or body fluids. Getting and knowing the proper knowledge of Bloodborne pathogens is highly important, to cleaners and staff, to prevent any illness or death. Bloodborne Pathogens are pathogenic microorganisms that are present in human blood and can cause disease in humans. These pathogens include, but are not limited to, (HCV), (HIV), and (HBV). In Which, those diseases are the most common at-risk ones, just by way of working in a medical facility.

In my profession, we can face many situations that can potentially cause us to come into contact with blood or body fluid from many individuals. So it is imperative, for cleaners and workers to know how to remove trash, syringes and doing laundry soiled with blood. Knowing the precautions of handling, those things can again prevent exposure, spreading, illnesses or even death.

Being knowledgable on Bloodborne Pathogens is truly great knowledge to have. It makes a safer workplace for everyone involved and the people being cared for. NOW, I truly understand the importance of why cleaners and staff need this certification.
