Implementing green cleaning is very positive, not only for businesses, but the environment also. There  is a lot of benefits from green cleaning. Safer products, better air quality, less expensive, no toxic fumes and no gloves required. Also, a lot of products are biodegradable and are safe around kids and pets.

I feel confident implementing green cleaning into my daily work routine. I also would suggest other business owners to do the same and follow my footsteps of going green. #Come clean, IKEA, and The Hershey Company are all advocates to promoting green cleaning.

Green cleaning is when we use products that are safe for the environment and do not emit any pollutants when used. It is important to use green cleaning not only for the environment and our planet but for the health of our customers, employees, and the general public.

Having a toddler and baby at home, we wanted to make sure the products we were using in our home were safe. There are many surfaces little fingers and mouths can touch in your house and knowing that the cleaning products you are using are non-toxic will put your mind at ease.

Pregnant women and children that are five years old and younger are very susceptible to harmful chemicals in the air. When making the transition from using traditional cleaners to environmentally friendly ones, you’re creating a much safer atmosphere for the whole family.

You can reduce pollutants in your home by better insulation and by using the safest most natural ingredients when cleaning.

I am starting to implement a green cleaning program by using only environmentally safe chemicals.  There is no point in damaging an already damaged ecosystem.   I will not only be using environmentally safe chemicals on my contracts, but I will be using them at home as well.  It is a good habit to get into.  I will offer a discount if someone personally requests that I use environmentally friendly cleaning chemicals.

I will be proud to represent a green cleaning company.   As an owner of two cats, I do not want toxic chemicals laying around.  Animals are like children, they get into whatever they want, whenever they want.   Toxic chemicals are dangerous not just for animals, but for people.  Being an IJCSA Green Cleaning Company will be a very good decision for me to continue forward with my business goals.

Representing an IJCSA Green Cleaning Company makes me look and feel like a more responsible business owner.  It shows my beliefs in ensuring there is no additional damage done to the ecosystem.  All it takes is one person to put their foot down and stand up against additional damage to the environment.  If there is a way to fix the ecosystem, it would be to recycle and use green cleaning solutions.  I believe Green Cleaning is the way to go, less pollution and less dangerous chemicals.

It is vital to be aware of anything that is potentially dangerous at home or at work. If your job comes with anything that puts you at a greater risk, Knowledge is truly power, especially when it is something so simple to over look.

we have all had cuts, scrapes or shots and bled at some point in our lives, we become accustom to what blood is, it is a very simple thing to over look, just like using electricity in our every day lives. We can for get how dangerous it is. it is easy to not shake hands with someone when you see they are sick, but easy to forget that we can not see blood born pathogens, so not washing your hands after cleaning could put other at risk as well.

Knowing how to clean and dispose of blood or any body fluids is the first line of defense to prevent you or anyone else from preventable danger. Just like driving a car can be dangerous, there are many ways to prevent unnecessary accidents, We should Always pay attention to what you are doing. We should never just become complacent. When we do we may inadvertently hurt ourselves or others.

California is experiencing a "green" revolution in every way. The state legislators has put California in the fore-front of the green revolution by passing laws to make California the leader of protecting the environment.

As a business owner and cleaning company we want to be on the right side of history it is also our responsibility to be part of the "green" revolution.

Chemical based cleaning products is a billion dollar industry and continues to grow. Take a minute and think about that a billion dollars worth of chemicals and the raw materials it takes to make these products is a danger to our environment and health. These chemicals absorbs into the soil and waterways causing toxins that are dangerous to the planet and humans. Furthermore, the cost of chemical based products cost more per volume.

When we decided to add cleaning services to our business we began using chemical based products such as Butyl cellosolve and petroleum distillates used in products such as oven cleaners not only are these chemicals very hazardous to the environment they are unhealthy. In my opinion oven cleaners are the most toxic cleaners manufactured for cleaning.

Going "green" is one of the best decisions we made not only are "green" products safer for the environment they are also safer for my team. When it comes to costs, green products are actually cheaper than chemical based products due to the fact green products are highly concentrated which means a little can go a long way.

Our company have created a combination of several different green and natural products such as a mixture of vinegar and fresh lemon rinds which makes a wonderful oven cleaner and de-grease! It is inexpensive and works very well on stubborn grease and stains without the toxicity. It's often said plant based cleaning products do not clean and sanitize like chemical products, I disagree, with the right combination of green products they can deep clean and sanitize better than any chemical products.

Becoming a member of IJCSA and earning the "green" seal of approval certificate will make Exit Stage Right Cleaning stand out above the rest!

Being green cleaning certified will benefit my company and myself by showing my responsibility for caring for the environment.  Using harsh chemicals that are toxic can damage the ecosystem.  There are clearly already more than enough problems with the ecosystem.  For instance in a Human Ecology course I took at University of Maine Augusta, it gives details on just how fragile the ecosystem really is. The slightest damage can cause numerous other problems.

Using safe cleaning ingredients not only benefits the ecosystem, it benefits other people.  Some people have medical problems that can be exacerbated by certain chemicals.  The choice to use non toxic cleaning ingredients is not only the responsible thing to do, but it is the best thing for the ecosystem.  Using non toxic also protects pets, which people tend to view as family.  Non toxic cleaners do more than protect the ecosystem, they put the harsh chemicals out of business.

Utilizing certified green cleaning companies is a smart move for consumers.  Consumers that utilize green cleaning companies are viewed as equally responsible. Certified green cleaning companies utilize cleaning ingredients that are safer for the environment and ecosystem. If more consumers used green cleaning companies, the world would be a better place.  In my opinion safer cleaners equals safer environment.

Toxic chemicals lead to irritants in the environment.  Irritants cause erosive activity within the environment.  Toxic chemicals will add to the pollution in the environment and create more problems.  If I am certified as a green cleaning company it would create a happier ecosystem.  Animals and people benefit from non toxic cleanings.
