When considering the importance of bloodborne pathogens training, considering what that training includes is very important. It’s one thing to know about bloodborne pathogens but having the proper training on them can help a variety of different workers. Knowing how to deal with bloodborne pathogens in the workplace can help people who are in and out of the healthcare field. Whether it’s a set of new hires or more experienced employees, they need to learn compliance with other various laws. It’s also important for employees to be able to understand the training and for it to be applicable. Employees who need bloodborne pathogens training should receive training on the right diseases. That way, they can know what to look for and how to avoid common pathogens.

Along with examples of bloodborne pathogens, it’s important for training to cover how people can transmit those pathogens. Bloodborne pathogens can transmit through the blood and other bodily fluids. Whether someone is doing their bloodborne pathogens training online or in-person, the training should cover the basics. That way, everyone can work together to stay in compliance with this OSHA standard. Along with control plans, bloodborne pathogens training should cover exposure control procedures. It is of the upmost importance to ensure that you are utilizing the appropriate cleaning techniques when handling potentially dangerous fluids. Many times these practices are utilized in a professional environment; however, as a mom I think it is equally important to incorporate those techniques as you try to maintain a clean home when your children are sick or if an unexpected emergency happens in a public location.

As the video states utilizing and implementing the appropriate techniques can prevent serious injury or even death. Therefore, when handling certain bodily fluids in any capacity if of the upmost importance. When taking the necessary precautions it ensures you are protecting yourself and as well as others involved.

It is important to always utilize the practices discussed during the video such as universal practices, always wear your protective gear, and adhere to all company protective practices. Overall, you will be contributing to a safer and more healthy environment. If others utilize the same practices, the workplace or areas in which bodily fluids are excreted everyone involved will be safer due to you knowledge of the subject matter as well as the diligence to adhering to the rules set forth.

It is of the utmost importance that maintenance personnel understand the subject of bloodborne pathogens, as this information is essential in eliminating the possibility of exposure to illness and in some cases, even death. death. I believe that all maintenance personnel should receive extensive training to understand OSHA's standard for handling blood borne pathogens so that all staff are aware of the visible and invisible dangers of handling contact with the blood, urine and, in some cases, the saliva of others. . That way, an employee can make more informed and rational decisions about how to proceed when decontaminating and disinfecting contact surfaces.

In today's post-pandemic environment, creating a safe, clean, and healthy space should be a priority for any responsible commercial cleaning company. At the same time, however, it must be understood that in this particular profession the risk of exposure is increased and can occur solely by coming into contact with someone with a bloodborne illness. However, the good news is that by understanding these potential risks, our staff can completely eliminate problems. That is to say, if for some reason an exposure occurs, a responsible leader will ensure that a written exposure and control plan is in place.

Garbage removal, linen removal, or even spill cleanup all have specific procedures that employees should know how to follow for personal safety. Protect yourself easily using PPE, color coding or labeling laundry, never manually compact the waste, dispose of exposed gloves, sanitize cleaning equipment, wash hands, Use red and orange waste bags, monitor symptoms and report any problems to your supervisor. Important components to eliminate direct contact with bloodborne pathogens. Ensuring that our employees return home to their loved ones, healthy and safe continues to be a priority for our leadership team.

The Importance of customer service comes to listening to our customers, using that empathy with them,  Apologize if things didn't go for their standards but always solving that issue to the best that we can.  Customers like it when we listen to them because we are being hired by them. Lastly they appreciate having that follow up because then they can tell us how they felt about that service.

Knowing the potential dangers when performing cleaning duties is of great importance, as you are potentially coming in contact with microscopic agents that the eyes can not see. Therefore, protection is a safety measure that needs to be considered, especially in areas like bathrooms, spills that you don’t know what it is, such as body fluids, and blood that can contain pathogenic organisms and carry disease.

Anyone old enough to remember when a TV was almost as long as your couch in the living room? Who would have thought that one day the television would hang on the wall like a picture frame? Well, that's what IJCSA does here for us and our employees. Force us to take something that works and make it work better, then take that thing and make it work better than that.   First impressions are sometimes the only chance you get. Customer service certifications help convey this message to employees. Understand that customer service can play an important role in the longevity of a business. No one ever goes back to a restaurant with terrible food and soon if something doesn't change it won't exist. Please share a little attention about yourself. There are some things we are judged on that we may never have noticed in our world of customer service and overall appearance. Neat, clean uniforms and always smiling are the messages we hear in this certification. Customers will always be attracted to a company (SEEMS) that knows what they are doing.

IJCSA shows managers how to lead by example and how to intervene and defuse a potential bomb. If employees see the manager demonstrating excellent customer service, it is much easier for employees to follow the leader. At the end of the day, whether we like it or not, the customer is the bread and butter of the business. Without them there is no business, payroll or personnel, secretaries, etc. Taking this IJCSA course and applying it to the day-to-day realities of our existing parts can help us get our TV off the floor and hang it on the wall day in and day out. .
