IJCSA CUSTOMER SERVICE CERTIFICATION

11 Apr 2022 5:53 PM | Deleted user

Great customer service involves the active implementation of the 7 essentials for excellent customer service along with the execution of the L.A.S.T. method when a problem does arise between you and a customer. One must understand the three things every customer wants which are to be heard, understood, and cared for. One must ensure that everybody within the company smiles, makes eye contact and comments to people that they pass by. You listen to the customer and empathize with the customer with the customer when a problem does arise. You create solutions and clarify the situation to your client so that both parties know that the issue is being acknowledged and that steps are being taken in order to correct the issue and prevent them from happening again. Lastly, you follow up with customers to make sure that they are happy with the changes and if they are not then you repeat the process until they are.

Because of this, customer service is an area of any cleaning business where it should not be taken lightly due to the implications it may have. A customer wants to avoid having a bad experience and would rather go to a competent business where their needs and wants are met, which is why customers should trust IJCSA Members. Not only does the IJCSA Customer Service Certification prepare businesses to handle a variety of scenarios with customers, they also equip us with the adequate knowledge to tackle onsite problems in an efficient manner, eliminating many unforeseen headaches to both parties. In the event a dispute does occur, we are fully prepared to deescalate heated situations in order to reach a compromise where both parties are satisfied with the level of work performed.
