The biggest advantages of having a staff who passed the IJCSA RCS Certification is the knowledge of properly cleaning a residential home. They will have a great understanding of how to start cleaning and the products they should be using. Being trained and skilled in the service being providing will give the client a peace of mind.

Residential cleaning is a very detail type of cleaning and can miss a lot of spaces with if there no training. The technique used to clean is effective addressing the needs of the client. Knowing what color rags to use to wipe down mirrors and wood furniture is not the same. Untrained employees would not know that simple fact , that red rags is for wood furniture and blue rags for glass or mirrors.

We believe that a trained employee that RCS Certification is a great candidate to join the team and grow within the company. We feel confidence with knowing that they can go out and cleaning residential locations.
