Good Customer Service

Good customer service is being aware of the 3 things every customer wants, to be heard, to be understood, and to be cared for. You're always supposed to smile, give eye contact, and comment back. Listening to the customers wants and needs will always be top priority. 

IJCSA Members are great at accompanying all customers' needs we will always put customers or clients first. Following up with our customers with phone calls, emails, also offering coupons, discounts, and updating customers with upcoming events.
