I have been in the CS field all my life so my important takeaway from this is that it is really important that when your in the CS field is to understand that it’s not others fault when things in your life doesn’t go the way you would of planned so don’t take it out on someone else. 
Remember when dealing with the public a smile goes a long way. Be courteous, smile and always listen because majority of the time we don’t listen and this is a key factor!
