Green cleaning is cleaning methods and natural based products that are environmentally friendly. The ingredients should be nontoxic and free of chemicals for purer air quality, safer environments, Fewer antibacterial, and you can definitely have a healthier home all because of the way you clean, and what products are going into the air while doing so.

Harsh chemicals are in everyday cleaning products that you may not know of. Ammonia, Phthalates, Triclosan, Sodium hydroxide, Chlorine, Acid, Sulfuric acid, and Hydrochloric acid is just a few chemicals in today's cleaning products, and that's not even half of it. All of these chemicals are hazardous, and dangerous to people as well as animals and as well as the environment. While using these products you always have to worry about protecting yourself and wearing the appropriate PPE because harmful chemicals can damage your health.

Using natural products are just as effective as using chemicals. Natural products avoid extra chemicals that carry fragrances that produce fake cleaning effects, meaning You never really know what you're cleaning with unless you take the time out to educate yourself on chemical hazards. You can simply disinfect with Hydrogen peroxide; you can clean windows with vinegar, you can clean carpet spots with vinegar and salt, you can make an air freshener out of lemon juice, you can steam rather than mop with chemicals, you can clean sinks and toilets with baking soda paste, even walls. These natural products honestly to me remove stains easier and are natural remedies for tough stains when put together.

" A study from the American Journal of Respiratory Medicine found that prolonged use of traditional cleaning products can be as harmful as smoking 20 cigarettes a day". This is something I firmly believe because having certain chemicals come in contact with your skin, eyes, mouth, or air can be very harmful for your overall health sometimes life threatening. Now knowing what these chemicals can do to our health imagine what it's doing to our ocean. 20 cigarettes a day? from cleaning products? where does all of the chemical's leftovers go? where is these things washed away at? The answer is most likely your drains. Every time you throw away microfiber or plastic garbage bags into landfills it takes almost 500 years to fully decompose and some little microplastics that fish and sea animals ingest.

Being a green cleaner or green cleaning company is better than being a cleaner or company that uses hazardous chemicals because you probably will last longer in this industry and your budget cuts would be off the roof! Also, you will provide safer environments for people daily, and help maintain a healthy staff and healthy customers because you don't have to worry about after affects like allergens. You will feel purer air when using natural products because if you use chemicals, they can produce volatile organic compounds (VOCs) which are gases that come from liquids. Going green is just a simple option to make a huge impact on a big platform. GO GREEN!
