As a professional in the field of cleaning and janitorial work, it is really important to train employees on the use of proper precautions against bloodborne pathogens. 

As bloodborne pathogens can harm someone for a life time and even end their life, it is very important that each member of the cleaning team is trained and knows universal precautions.  

Likewise, it is very important that as a Supervisor, I understand the risk of bloodborne pathogen contamination and can prevent such events from occurring.
