This post is in regard to IJCSA Members and the value of customer service. IJSCA has many program courses and certificates including one primary certificate that is for customer service. IJCSA Members must watch videos and engage in communicating with new members with respect to customer service. There is also an extensive exam at the end to test the knowledge of the exam taker. IJCSA clearly has customer service high on their list of priorities so member companies can satisfy their customers with service that is respectful, proper, and polite.
