Here at Classic Clean Company we spend the biggest amount of our training time on the science and techniques. We noticed that many of our newer employees dont have the customer service skills to handle most simple situations. 

We turned to IJCSA to help with that training. The service training here is simple easy and effective. It Important for every tech to be able to handle simple situations as they are the front line of your company.  We have seen improvement in the quality of customer interactions and  and increase in quality scores.
