The training at IJCSA is well taught to improve a company's attention to customer service. Greeting a new or existing client with a hand shake and eye contact; establishes solid welcome. It does not take but seconds to smile and greet a customer with confidence. As a Member of IJCSA Team , it is critical to always have the customers best interest at heart.
Our company ensures that each client is completely satisfied with our service/s. We have taken and implement the SEC acronym. We smile as we approach every customer; we establish eye contact to reaffirm our visual communication and finally we establish a positive welcoming comment.
