Key Advantages Of Hiring A Cleaning Person Or Company That Has Passed The IJCSA RCS Certification

29 May 2020 11:57 AM | Gregory Pierce

There are many important things to consider when hiring a cleaning company.  This person or company will be relied upon to perform, basic yet very critical functions when it comes to cleaning your home and keeping it safe.  If you do a basic internet search, you'll see all types of ads; some might not even seem like a cleaning company!  While no one really gets a four year degree, there are many respected associations that show a person or company takes their craft serious.  We believe three important things to consider are experience and training, professionalism and a robust service offering.

Let's take a look at training and experience.  When it comes to cleaning your home, you don't want to have to show the technician where the hot water is.  There are many different variables in a home that must be considered and you need someone that knows there way around.  Also, there are dangerous chemicals that are used that can potentially be lethal.  If you are choosing someone to clean your home, you have to depend on them to work safe and keep your family safe.  This, takes us to professionalism.

Professionalism is the next big thing to consider when choosing a cleaning person or company.  Just think, this person might pickup your dirty underwear or see what's in your bedroom drawers.  We don't want someone that might try and take pictures or worse yet, take something they aren't supposed to.  When you reach out to schedule an appointment for a cleaning, evaluate how they sound on the phone.  Is this a person you want in your house?  Cleaning up behind your kids and making sure the baby is touching safe, cleaned surfaces?  While knowing what to do is important, knowing how to go about that professionally is equally important.

Lastly, a cleaning service should offer a full service option when it comes to cleaning your home.  Not just sweep, mop, vacuum collect payment.  A good cleaning company will set up a schedule and rotate a deep more thorough cleaning.  There also might be a time that you have guests coming over and want special attention to the family room or bathrooms.

In conclusion, when you're looking for a cleaning company, find a professional.  There are many variables that are equally important even for something as simple as mixing cleaning chemicals or wiping down a food bearing surface.  If you need help locating a nearby professional, you can look here on the IJCSA website.  As a fellow member, I'm confident any other company will have the same excellent service and communication that is taught throughout their certification process.
