Following OSHA's standards as it relates to Bloodborne Pathogens is key in the cleaning industry. As professional cleaners we have to be aware of the dangers that we come across daily and take the necessary precautions to avoid harming ourselves and others as well. As we all know, there are too many things that could go wrong if we do not follow safety protocols.

As a cleaning service provider, it is important that we train our employees properly by following the OSHA standards for bloodborne pathogens and make sure that these standards are followed while they in the actual work settings. By constantly following safety guidelines, we can minimize the risk of exposure to harmful disease.

The owners and management of cleaning companies will need to be more thorough now more than ever due to the COVID-19 outbreak in providing more training, PPE's, cleaning solutions, disinfectants, and adequate cleaning equipment needed to keep our employees and the general population as safe as possible.
