Great customer service is knowing your customer's needs and performing their jobs professionally. Janitorial personnel often make the difference in a satisfied client and a lost customer.

The IJCSA and its members do a wonderful job of training and certification. Customer service is a top priority, but not just customer service, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Prospective clients should be aware of the IJCSA Business Directory and how to access it
