Great customer service is a key to the success of service providers. By providing excellent customer service, service providers can ensure that the client can focus on developing their business relationship with its patients, customers, or the public. As mentioned in the video, a bright smile, eye contact, and a warm greeting can go a long way to satisfy the client and the public.  

As a new member of the IJCSA, it's been very comforting to read many of the profiles from fellow service providers listed on the member directory which can be found here. I've read numerous posts related to the importance of providing effective customer service. It is imperative that service providers listen to their clients.
