Great customer service is mind blowing experience. Sometimes your interaction with customers is the first contact a person has had with someone that day. But the customer service at IJCAS is excellent I've never had a bad experience with them it was always had a pleasant attitude. and they always put customers first.
It is important to make sure it is a positive one. also you never know what barriers that person faced that day so it is also important to remember that their frustration is not personal.
Treat the customer like it's mom grandpa, daughter or brother. Being king and considerate does not cost anything. Lastly, it is important to be knowledgeable about the service your are providing. That way, the service is consistent and tailored to their situation.
