Cleaning companies need to implement the importance of customer service. Your customers are what makes the company, a company! You should always greet customers or potential customers with a smile. 

IJCSA customer training course has helped tremendously to understand how to handle angry customers, how to greet the customers, and how to keep them. IJCSA Customer training course has helped me to implement these strategies to my employees. Customers should always be greeted with a smile along with eye contact. Customers should be heard and understood. Finding a solution and clarifying is very important for both the employee and the client, so their are no misunderstandings or miscommunication.
