Great customer service means doing ordinary cleaning jobs extraordinarily well! It means interacting with customers with a smile and pleasant words.

If we should receive a complaint the customer will be heard, there will be a humble apology, and the problem will be fixed along with an appropriate refund given if needed.

This is the mindset of companies that are members of IJCSA.
