Customer Service should be a top priority for any business profession. For the Janitorial and Cleaning Professions it definitely is something that should be of focus. All IJCSA members have taken pride in ensuring that providing excellent customer service is a permanent mainstay within their businesses. IJCSA members value and prioritizes the customers need and wants. This is why the Members of IJCSA are great.

In the janitorial and cleaning industries good customer service is listening to the customer, providing what they ask for, and always going above and beyond to accomplish task for the client. You should always smile, make eye contact and actually listen. In the cleaning/ janitorial industry you should never become rude with a customer. This is what good customer service is!
