What is Great Customer Service?

The difference between good companies and great companies is the way they treat their clients. How they treat their clients is a reflection of how they operate the overall business. Here at Florus Services Company we train all our employees to treat each client as if they were our only client and based on the Customer Service certification at IJCSA.

By applying the 7 essentials to excellent customer service, we always leave clients satisfied by listening and fully understanding their needs so we can take care of them. We do all this with a smile while maintaining eye contact and commenting on on a related topic in order to relieve some of the tension if there is an issue. This helps us empathize with them so we can see things from their perspective which makes solving the problems and creating solutions easier. Once we do this, clarifying the situation and following up ensure that the client is fully satisfied with the results.
