Great Customer Service to me means a lot. I have worked in the hospitality industry for over a decade so it's all about customer service. Great customer service means not only going above and beyond for your customers but also just making them feel like they are cared for, someone listens and cares for them. Making them feel like they are a part of our family. Remembering details about your customers and celebrating lifetime milestones with them.
Great customer service is also anticipating your customer's needs and meeting them before they ever have to ask you, taking action if you mess up and being proactive with a solution. Having empathy, always having a smile on your face and being a good listener are the foundation rocks of great customer service.
