Making them feel like they are a part of our family. Remembering details about your customers and celebrating lifetime milestones with them. 

Great customer service is also anticipating your customer's needs and meeting them before they ever have to ask you, taking action if you mess up and being proactive with a solution. Having empathy, always having a smile on your face and being a good listener are the foundation rocks of great customer service.
