 IJCSA recognizes that customer service can make or break a business.   Each member strives to provide excellent customer service to their clients. They follow the several steps to provide customer service: 1. Beware of the 3 things that each customer wants: To be be heard, understood, and care for. 2.S.E.C Smile, eye contact, and comment. By smiling , making eye contact and commenting. Doing thes three things shows that you are ready to engage with the customer. Also it helps the customer to become more comfortable with you. 3. Listen to the customer and knowledge what they are saying. Makes the customer feels that you are listening to them. Repeating what they are saying , ensures that they one is on the same common ground. 4. Empathize with the customer. By putting yourself in their shoes, Helps you better understand what they are feeling and help you come up with a solution. 5. Create Solutions for customer complaints. By having solutions already in place will help you resolve the compliant. 6. Clarify the situation with the client. Ensures that you have satisfied the client's needs.  7. Follow up with all customers. By following up with customers it helps you to establish and maintain a relationship with them. So applying these several steps and repeating them will help you maintain current clients and gain new ones.
