Customer service is the critical skill that will differentiate your business from others. It's how you work with your customers and identify their needs that will make the difference. At IJCSA, member businesses know that difference. Meeting our customers where they are, developing solutions to their janitorial needs, and building programs that fit within the spend are all parts of customer service that often get overlooked.

Often times, customers need someone to guide them through services that are offered, to identify the correct program that works for them. Member companies of IJCSA do just that. Companies like Razzle Dazzle Cleaning in Miami, Oklahoma. Whether it's cleaning a VRBO that has just finished a stay, or performing green or eco-friendly cleaning, they have you covered.

Very interestingly we kept on learning and inspired to write this 4 paragraph essay to real world experience of our cleaning service orientation to become the next generation 'Green Cleaning Partner' of the globe.

How being green cleaning certified status helps our company is by far the last but not least conclusion of this certification. In this world dynamism is key to survive and prosper or else to be absorbed and liquidated in the worst case scenario. The following vital aspects underline the beneficial values our company will be enchanted with green cleaning certification.

    1. Adaptation to changes and use of acceptable standards and practices - the world acknowledges harmless agents of cleaning - green cleaning - so does our company take this movement seriously to continue bargaining vendor business or competitive advantages.

    2. Environmental Protection - To protect all creatures of the environment our company should take part actively by implementing green cleaning agents and thereby promote the safety of the society at large.

    3. Economic Advantages - Our company can save tens of thousands dollars incurred by moving forward with the green cleaning use of methods and eliminate consequential risks of business practices - financial claims due to hazardous substance and practices.

    4. Awareness Creation - We started already intense in-house training of green cleaning practices and induce our clients and stakeholders the facets and benefits of green services. If tens of thousands of green cleaning partners promote this slogan and professional green development with IJCSA; the whole concerted effort would be huge enough to finally create an eco-friendly climate and or habitat for all.

    5. Green Brands - Wow! you can imagine being certified with green cleaning takes you the hall of fame or "green brands" and stakeholders rushing to you to make business and our company prosper so do people and stakeholders of the company.

Hiring an IJCSA Residential Cleaning Specialist (RCS) means your cleaner has structured training in residential methods, not just general janitorial skills. They understand how to clean common home surfaces properly and follow proven systems instead of guessing.

RCS-certified professionals also receive education on bloodborne pathogens and chemical hazards. This helps them choose and use products safely, reducing risks from harsh chemicals or incorrect mixing in your home.

Customer service is a core part of the IJCSA training culture, so certified cleaners are encouraged to communicate clearly, be dependable, and respect your space and privacy. That emphasis supports smoother visits and fewer misunderstandings.

Because hygiene and health are prioritized, RCS-trained cleaners focus on practices that help reduce germs, allergens, and contaminants throughout the home. This can be especially helpful for families with children, pets, or anyone with allergies or respiratory issues.

Altogether, hiring an RCS-certified cleaner gives you a verifiable credential that signals training, safety awareness, and professionalism. It offers extra peace of mind that the person caring for your home meets recognized residential cleaning standards, not just basic experience.

TwoFresh Cleaners are more than your average cleaning company. We restore your spaces and re-ignite the peace of mind you've been longing for. When we deep clean, disinfect, and treat surfaces, our attention and mission stays the same. Your happiness is priority.

One way we ensure complete satisfaction is by using IJCSA training in our workplace. As a not-your-average company, we also TRULY use eco-friendly products (without green washing), according to HCS and MSDSs. Your happiness and safety go hand in hand, and if we come into your space, exposing you to toxic chemicals, we're not only dis-servicing you, but we're harming ourselves long term also.

We use all environmentally friendly cleaning products, and biodegradable materials where we are able to substitute. Green-Cleaning is not an equivalent to "homemade olive oil + lemon juice" products in our company. We use Green brands! We will always put your safety first, and that starts with the products we use to grant your wishes.

Green cleaning is in demand, and there is plenty of companies on market that offer it. Tragically, they "Greenwash", meaning they do not follow through with their claims and honestly use environmentally friendly solutions in your homes and workplaces.

At IJCSA, things are a little different. Our members are thoroughly trained, and selflessly, and without hesitation, more than likely decide to go green. There is a dramatic difference in our pro/con list of green versus toxic. After training and testing, a certification and grade is given to our members.

At the Ijcsa Green Directory page ( https://www.ijcsa.org/Green-Cleaning-Services), you can search for certified, committed, cleaners to meet your every need. You can also just browse and get contact information together or visit websites to get more information on any of our cleaners directly from our Directory. Thank you for being a part of IJCSA, and a healthier environment, your kindness will be rewarded!

Adding carpet cleaning to my business feels like a natural next step. Many of our clients already trust us with their homes and offices, so offering carpet and rug cleaning allows us to give them a more complete service instead of sending them somewhere else. My plan is to invest in professional equipment, take proper hands on training, and become certified through the International Janitorial Cleaning Services Association (IJCSA). That certification is important to me because it shows we are not just “trying” a new service, we are learning the right techniques, understanding different carpet fibers, proper stain removal methods, and how to avoid over-wetting or damaging materials. I also plan to educate clients on the value of routine maintenance by offering scheduled cleanings throughout the year, not just one time emergency stain removal.

There are real benefits to having carpets and rugs cleaned by certified IJCSA members. Professional cleaning goes much deeper than vacuuming, it removes trapped dirt, allergens, and buildup that can affect air quality and the overall feel of a space. Clean carpets instantly make a home or office look fresher, smell better, and feel more cared for. Regular maintenance also protects the client’s investment by extending the life of their flooring. When clients hire someone who is certified, they gain peace of mind knowing the work is being done properly and safely. At the end of the day, it’s about delivering quality, building trust, and helping clients maintain a cleaner, healthier environment.

The decision to switch to natural green cleaning is no longer just a personal preference; it is a critical responsibility we owe to the collective health of the global population. Every time a conventional cleaning product is sprayed, it releases volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and synthetic fragrances into the indoor environment. These toxins can trigger asthma, cause skin irritation, and contribute to long-term respiratory issues. By choosing non-toxic and eco-friendly alternatives, we create a sanctuary for our families and coworkers, effectively protecting the most vulnerable—such as children, the elderly, and pets—from the "invisible" dangers of chemical off-gassing.

The impact of our cleaning choices extends far beyond the walls of our homes and businesses. When we wash harsh detergents and phosphates down the drain, they eventually find their way into our soil and local waterways. This chemical runoff can lead to the degradation of aquatic ecosystems, harming biodiversity and contaminating the very water sources we rely on for survival. Transitioning to biodegradable and plant-based cleaning agents ensures that our cleaning routines do not contribute to the destruction of the natural world. Maintaining a sustainable cleaning practice is a direct investment in the longevity of the Earth's life-support systems.

    Protecting the Global Population

From a broader perspective, the manufacturing and disposal of traditional cleaning chemicals contribute significantly to our global carbon footprint. Many conventional products are derived from petroleum and packaged in single-use plastics that languish in landfills for centuries. In contrast, green cleaning emphasizes a cradle-to-grave approach, utilizing renewable resources and concentrated refill systems. This shift reduces waste and minimizes the environmental toxins that disproportionately affect marginalized communities located near industrial manufacturing sites. Choosing environmentally friendly methods is, therefore, an act of social justice and global stewardship.

Finally, every individual has the power to influence the market by demanding safer standards. By exclusively performing natural cleaning, we signal to manufacturers that the health of the planet is non-negotiable. For those who feel overwhelmed by the transition, the IJCSA Green Cleaning Service Directory serves as a vital resource for finding certified professionals who have been trained in the rigorous standards of the IJCSA Green Cleaning Certification. These experts understand that "clean" shouldn't have a smell, and it certainly shouldn't be toxic. By aligning our actions with these values, we ensure a safer, cleaner, and more vibrant world for every living creature.

Key Takeaway: True cleanliness is not just the absence of dirt, but the absence of toxicity.
