Great customer service skills are a founding pillar in a janitorial or cleaning business. The practice of good open communication between the provider and the client is just a fragment of what is considered good customer service. The art and skill of listening and understanding their needs are also necessary to achieve customer satisfaction. At the surface of customer care is providing prompt and courteous service, yet other criteria be paid attention to as well.

Consider customer service a multifaceted skill that doesn’t just extend to the paying client, but your vendors, staff, and everyone you encounter. Every aspect of customer service must demonstrate professionalism, trade knowledge, generosity, reliability, and the ability to produce solutions promptly.
