During my assessment of services that I will be offering, I decided to implement a mold cleaning inspection and remediation program. This was mainly due to the area I reside in and will be operating my business within. Texas has high humidity and high likelihood of flooding in my service area. We have 4-5 floods a year and during these times, the need for mold remediation is high and a busy service in the Houston area. This is a around the clock issue and can bring high revenue yields to my company, while mitigating risks for our customers.

Mold remediation services are very important in this area. Constant wet conditions and humidity make it more crucial to find a mitigation service. Mold is a continuous and reoccurring issue in many residences and businesses. The demand is high for these services in the area and with proper assessments and remediation, can be a benefit to customers. There is already a large group of residents that have major health problems and being able to assist in removing one trigger for their breathing problems will be beneficial to the company and customer.

Anyone who works in a professional building will tell you if they have a good janitorial company. This is because a good janitoral staff will clean a facility like their own home.

A janitorial staff always makes sure that a workplace is clean and disinfected. With the uprise of global pandemics disinfecting all surfaces especially high touch surfaces is very important.

A Janitor will make sure that the building is clean and maintained in a way that makes the workers feel like they are in a clean and safe environment. Is the customer always right?  Some would say it is debatable, but one thing is definitely certain.  Your business will be a direct reflection of your customer service.

Your business will flourish if you are attentive to your customers.  Your customers matter.  Their opinions matter.  Their feedback matters.  Your expertise in your craft is very important however, if your expertise does not correlate with the customer's needs then the customer is not satisfied.  This is a bad reflection on your business.

This industry is more than just cleaning.  It is about be attentive to your customer's needs, listening to your customers feedback and making sure your customers are satisfied to the best of your abilities.  IJCSA members ensure that the customer experience is one that at the forefront of the business model.  More information can be found at https://www.ijcsa.org/Find-A-Cleaning-Service-Janitorial-Service.

I really do like CLR for stain removal use on mold stains. It can be used once the water leak has been fixed and cleanup has been completed. I would only use this in certain cases and never directly on mold as a chemical used to treat it but it is good for what it was made to do. II usually always have a bottle of it on hand.
