    Osha states that

OSHA's Bloodborne Pathogens Standard (29 CFR 1910.1030) as amended pursuant to the 2000 Needlestick Safety and Prevention Act, is a regulation that prescribes safeguards to protect workers against health hazards related to bloodborne pathogens. It has provisions for exposure control plans, engineering and work practice controls, hepatitis B vaccinations, hazard communication and training, and recordkeeping. The standard imposes requirements on employers of workers who may be exposed to blood or other potentially infectious materials such as certain tissues and body fluids. Keeping you crew updated with the right PPE for the job can prevent the spread and can also contain if properly disposed of and by doing so you keep them safe from being exposed or exposing others , for example anyone can wear a mask but if your not properly wearing it it’s useless

The presence of mold in your home should not be taken lightly as it can have harmful effects on your health. Some signs of the presence of mold can be:

    ·         Strong musky odors

    ·         The Presence of visible mold

    ·         Evidence of previous water damage where mold could be hiding

    ·         Excessive moisture or humidity

Our recommendation is to first have a certified mold technician inspect the damage to inform you what steps need to be taken. In some cases, an indoor air quality professional will be required to create a protocol for remediating the damage. Be certain that the firm you hire is certified, first and foremost. If the remediation is not done properly, your entire home or building could become cross contaminated. These are the steps that need to be taking to remediate mold:

    ·         The affected area must be sealed with a containment room made out of plastic that is under negative air filtered by a HEPA machine/Air Scrubber

    ·         Any sheet rock and trim should be removed, bagged, and disposed of

    ·         The remaining framework should be HEPA vacuumed, treated with an antimicrobial agent and a final hepa vacuuming. Also known as a hepa sandwich
