Great customer service is essential in every business but even more in the janitorial industry. You can take things for granted and not let one opportunity go out the window. Delivering exceptional customer services at all times is a must.

One of the most critical components in customer service is listening to your customer needs and wants. Secondly, making sure you take those needs and wants into tangible actions and following up with customers all the time.

Thirdly, once you do step one and two, the third step will be to build the relationship with your customer to establish trust in you. Once you accomplished those three steps, everything else should flow fine.

Bloodborne pathogens are infectious microorganisms in human blood that can lead into critical disease and develop Hepatitis B and even human immunodeficiency virus (HIV).

Cleaning individuals and other personal working with or around bloodborne pathogens should be taking effective training to prevent getting infected and or getting other people expose to transmission in the workplace.

Effective protective practices and following universal precautions along with proper PPE and protocols is a responsibility everybody must follow to maintain safely working environments.

Optimum cleaning is extremely excited to be offering Green Cleaning services as a part of it's launch date: March 1st 2021. Green cleaning is an important consideration when handling cleaning tasks both commercial and residential.

Optimum Cleaning will have a focus in providing green cleaning products and having the masters green cleaning certification has allowed for a higher level of knowledge when touting the power and effectiveness of those natural cleaning products to customers. Education of our green cleaning products will be a part of our customer education, so that they know that all of the products that we would be using are just as effective as a product that contains hazardous chemicals; however, that the dangerous fumes and potential detrimental health effects of those cleaning products would not exist.

Helping to encourage customers and other companies to offer green cleaning services is an important step toward the health of the planet. We believe in promotion of green cleaning services to the general public and want to support more sustainable and less harmful practices, including the use of cleaning products containing hazardous chemicals.

It's imperative for cleaning employees and staff to be educated on bloodborne pathogens because anyone can be at risk of being exposed to pathogenic microorganisms. Exposure to pathogenic microorganisms can be life threatening or fatal. These pathogens include HBV, HCV, and HIV which later translates to AIDS.

By law, the employer must provide training to their employees on the dangers of bloodborne pathogens and how to clean blood of surfaces. Employees undergoing bloodborne pathogen training will help the employer make certain the employee understands safety procedures and how to handle hazardous material.

After an employee has been trained, they'll have a better understanding of the concept and will know the employer's responsibilities. The employer must provide personal protective equipment, vaccinations for all hepatitis illnesses, and post exposure treatment.

Bloodborne pathogens knowledge is very important in our lives. We use some of the precautions every time we get sick. For example: When someone gets sick what is the first thing they do, they get medicine and take a nap in some occasion, in other occasions if it is severe they go to the hospital. We follow procedures.

Anyways, the importance of a bloodborne pathogens knowledge and procedures can save actual lives believe it or not! Take COVID-19 for example. It is said that that it came from a bat but how? A little bite of bat blood someone ate could of caused someone to be contaminated just a little... and now the whole world is sick!

That is why everyone should do training of all safety procedures and follow all universal precautions when dealing with bloodborne pathogens. One drop of blood can change the entire world. One drop of blood can change your entire life!

    Do you understand?

In todays day and age it is easier to implement a green cleaning program into a commercial and/or residential cleaning business without breaking the bank. Cleaning products listed as green products have become more easily accessible and have been formulated to be just as effective as non-green commercial cleaning products.

More people that are seeking cleaning services are looking at the products that those companies are using; by using certified green cleaning products (and/or offering a product line of certified green products for specific jobs) you are showing those customers that you care about the effect your products have on the environment as well as the effects that non-green products may potentially have on your clients health and well-being.

I plan on having a full line of cleaning products in addition to my other full line of products that I use and will allow my customers to choose what product line they would like for me to use based on their preferences and specific needs.
