         When cleaning, removing trash, or doing laundry my employees may come into contact with blood or other infectious materials on sinks, first aide boxes, or sharp objects that need to be disposed of. Cleaning standards provided by OSHA must be taught to ensure that the risk of exposure to my employees is lowered or eliminated.  It is important to understand that properly disposing of infectious materials is a matter of life and death. 

          Busy B employees will follow universal precautions by assuming that all material is hazardous. We will wash our hands frequently, cover any open cuts with band-aides, wear protective gloves, goggles, and any PPE necessary to the job. We wear PPE when handling contaminated laundry and take care not to smash the trash bags down into trash cans.
