The first thing I would do when it comes to going green in the workplace is write down a list of items or areas I would like to see improvement. I would start with the basics. I would change all the light bulbs and switch out all the hazardous chemicals we currently use for cleaning and start bringing in natural remedies. Bringing in things like dish soap, vinegar, salt, baking soda, hydrogen peroxide, and citrus juices would be the first things to try out.

Hydrogen peroxide would kill bacteria and be used around windows and door handles etc as a substitute for Lysol. As we are open to the public, instead of using air fresheners which are toxic, I would bring in a diffuser and some essential oils. I would start cleaning from the back to the front, from the floor to the ceiling. Scrubbing the baseboards and trims with a natural mix of dish soap, lemon juice, and coconut oil so while it disinfects  and also polishes.

I would switch out toilet cleaners in the bathroom and use vinegar or bleach. Using baking soda as a paste will help with any stains on tile or porcelain. Purchasing eco friendly toilet paper and towels will also help the earth and maintain the going green way.

I  have a drywall repair and painting company that have found many walls full of mold. I have found disturbing mold and not having a certification in mold remediation made me not to advice my clients correctly. With new viruses and respiratory problems I feel we need to address many mold problems correctly to avoid future problems.

When performing an inspection for a future or prospective client I would be able to tell them if mold is growing or if  they need to address mold problems. When you face mold you need to take immediate care. Now as a company we will be able to warranty our clients we will follow a process for mold remediation before we do our drywall repair.

Our goal is to warranty our customers that we are becoming a master of moisture and we can identify and locate mold growth that is not visible to their eyes, documenting, creating a remediation plan and calculating the extend of the mold contamination according to EPA Rules.

Hello guys. What would the world be if we didn't have people that were trained and certified to deal with cleaning bloodborne pathogen facilities and contents. We would have a world full of diseases. Thanks to the certified cleaners who follow especial guidelines and protocols, we have a more safe world. Thank you.

Most people don't realize how essential janitors or janitorial staff are to a corporation. Without janitors we would live in a filthy world. Office janitorial services is the best way to keep the office and your employees healthy. Janitors are the first line of defense when it comes to harmful bacteria and viruses in the workplace.

Janitorial services are the only thing you need to keep the environment clean, safe, organized, and extremely hygienic. With this, your workplace or business becomes friendly and welcoming. In addition to that, a neat and clean environment will encourage the employees or workers and can attract clients or customers at the same time. You may also enhance the reputation of your business once you impress the customers and clients.

There are several janitorial services that you may take for consideration and these include window cleaning, carpet cleaning, as well as basic office cleaning solutions that can help guarantee that you get a clean place. Such services are frequently hired by company owners and business owners. You can find some great janitorial services here at: https://www.ijcsa.org/Janitorial-Service-Directory-Find-A-Janitorial-Service-JanitorialServices

Janitorial services may be an extra charge for business owners or office owners, yet these can actually deliver numerous benefits that you won’t get from hiring a staff in your own office. Why wouldn't you provide janitorial services in your workplace to ensure the safety of your staff and your clients.

It is essential that cleaning personnel understand the risk and seriousness of the possibility of coming into contact with pathogens- blood or body fluids while cleaning. These risks can make someone very sick or even cause death. Understanding the risks involved will help everyone avoid the illness.

Employing proper protocols like wearing gloves, goggles, protective wear and even using appropriate technics like: ensuring there isn't a splatter when cleaning, not manually compressing garbage, labelling bags properly to indicate what is in it. It is essential they understand how these pathogens can enter the body so they are precautious.

It is also essential for employees to have this training so that they know to assume all blood or body fluids are infectious. It is also important that they know the procedures they should employ if they believe they may have been affected by pathogens.

With the full understanding of blood borne pathogens one will aid in making spaces safe for them and others.

Most people believe they have good customer service. That they or their company can sell and help so many people, but yet then struggle to maintain great reviews or keep finding themselves asking for advice on how to get more clients etc. So what exactly is good customer service?

Customer service by definition is the assistance and advice provided by a company to those people who buy or use its products or services. Basically customer service is broken down into 7 key elements that will make anyone successful in achieving "good customer service". The 7 elements are key roles in which when applied correctly like some example companies I will provide can help you not only get more customers but keep and up-sell the current ones you have now.

The first thing is to make sure you or your company is aware of the 3 most important things your customer wants. It can be a goal, a specific item, or anything else. Knowing their 3 most important wants gives you and your company a sense to what path you should take in order to make your customer happy.

The second elements to remember is to apply SEC (Smile, Eye contact, and Comment). Making sure to smile with eye contact at your customers is the most important way of greeting when face to face. It shows the customer you are also human with feelings and makes them feel at ease for the first greeting. Then make sure to comment on anything. This can be weather related, about their appearance (with caution of course), or anything to do with work itself. Applying SEC will help not only the customer feel comfortable but yourself as well which will help you sell your company better. Confidence is key without being too harsh. A great example of a company the applies SEC is AMERICAN MASTER CONSTRUCTIONS AND CLEANING SOLUTIONS, LLC in Maryland. They make their customer feel at home and truly represent what SEC stand for. You can see for yourself by looking at their company: WWW.AMCYOURSOLUTIONS.COM

The third and forth element go hand in hand. Making sure you listen to the customer and then showing the customer some empathy. Listening to the key details will help your company understand exactly what your customer wants and how to show empathy with them in order to gain their trust. Empathizing and showing the customer you understand will create and help seal the business relationship. Customers do not want to use a company that doesn't understand and try to help them with their situations. They want and need a company who will do their best and understand what the customer is going through.

The fifth and sixth element also go hand in hand. Creating solutions for the customer and clarifying the situation. Creating solutions is the final result in to answering what the customer wants. Clarifying the solution is key into knowing for the future what works with the customer. If you don't clarify with the customer if the solution you created in valid then there will not be a customer in the end. A good example of a company that not only creates good solutions but makes sure to clarify with their customers is KC Cleaning, LLC in Georgia. Not only do they provide good solutions for their customers but they make sure to clarify what they are going to do before actually applying the service. They have great reviews on how they treat their clients and provide amazing detail throughout the cleaning service journey. You can contact them by visiting their website at www.kccleaningllc2.com or visiting them on social media at http://www.facebook.com/kccleaning2.

The last and final element to good customer service is to make sure you FOLLOW UP! This element is key and will help you maintain your customers and gain future customers. Following up with your customer will ensure their comfort, questions, and will show them how much you care for them after making a sale. Customers that feel they can trust you will tell their friends and other company buddies to look for you. Without following up with your customer, you have the potential to not only loose that customer but open up the possibility to negative comments which can prevent future customers.

As long as you follow the 7 key elements to good customer service, your company should blossom and grow exponentially. If you want to find great companies that follow the 7 elements to good customer service please visit the IJCSA directory found at: https://www.ijcsa.org/Find-A-Cleaning-Service-Janitorial-Service

As I am looking to become Green Cleaning Certified with my company, as other companies listed on the IJCSA "Green Clean Service Directory." I have noticed the benefits in implementing a green cleaning program, and have become more aware of  my own ecological footprint.

Professionally, New Beginnings will have more opportunities to share this knowledge in networking and bill-boarding.

Going green is not only about cleaning products. It also entails gas fumes, smoke, electricity being left on at home and more. From the health of our employees, to businesses (clients), our ecological footprint (green cleaning), reduces pollutants into the environment.

We as people need to take responsibility today for our tomorrow. Awareness brings accountability, accountability brings responsibility, and responsibility brings opportunity to do better!!

Janitors and Janitorial staff are very important to every business. Not only do Janitors clean but they also may do light maintenance  to keep a building clean and safe.  They may be asked to mow a lawn, change light bubs and more. They are the ones to give the public their first impressions of the company they are coming to.

They are a first step in keeping the building clean and sanitized. They help us from getting sick when proper cleaning, disinfecting and sanitizing are done. They clean and disinfect bathrooms, make sure all garbage is picked up and properly disposed of, the windows are cleaned and so much more.

There are many aspects of the job to keep a building clean. For instance, having the tile and grout cleaned at recommended times (Condor Specialty Services INC ) as well as strip and waxes ( M&L Window Cleaning and Floors, LLC) will also keep a building safe and looking sharp along with everday cleaning to keep us all healthy.
