What is customer service?  It’s true anyone can interact with a customer and call it customer service but true customer service takes it a step further. It isn’t just hearing what your customer has to say, but truly listening to what they are saying. You want to make sure to do what you can to show the customer that you appreciate their business and not just blow them off with rude remarks or making them feel belittled at the end of your conversation. By going above and beyond their normal expectations and doing what you can to make everything better or doing things the way that they are asking can make for a better client to customer relationship. Doing so will make the customer feel more at ease with you knowing that they can talk to you about issues and not having to worry that you are just going to be rude or not hear what they are saying.
