We all know with cleaning comes exposures different things. dust mites, feces, blood etc. we never really take account of what happens when we are exposed to these situations. especially dealing with pathogens. watching this video, I am now made aware of the information we as cleaners and staff  need to know and be aware of and the importance of it.

Being a ware of blood pathogens, and precautions can help against anyone being exposed. with proper knowledge will be able to provide proper care without exposing ourselves and our families. 

it is important for cleaning employees to know the facts, the guidelines, and proper procedures when dealing with blood pathogens. as cleaners, especially during these uncertain times are exposed more often than none. giving them the proper knowledge can help against future contaminations. using the proper PPE to provide effective care to our clients and ourselves.
