Great Customer Service is integral in every industry, but for those who are employed in a service position know this secret; A service industry can not exist without our clients / customers. As Cleaning Technicians, it is of the upmost importance for us to place our customers at the forefront of our business’. We must strive to make sure that our customers feel comfortable and understood by us. Not one client has the same needs in their home or business; therefore no one can clean exactly the same, but every customer service experience should be the same. Exceptional customer service begins with the technicians of the company. They must have a warm and friendly approach to all clients.

It is important that they smile, make eye contact, and ensure that the needs and priorities of the client are heard and understood. Every client should be made to feel at ease with the service provided; and the technicians in turn must be cheerful, friendly, and knowledgeable in both cleaning techniques as well as company policies. The next key in exceptional customer service within a cleaning company is following up with a clients.

As Cleaning Company Owners we care about the quality of the work our technicians perform. This also means that we must get feedback from our clients. Doing this ensures that any problems that arise are handled promptly, and that the customer feels valued. When our customers feel valued and cared for, we as a company can develop and grow.
