Customer Service in the cleaning industry is one of the most important pillars in growing or maintaining your business. When a consumer is seeking services, it is the job of the company’s representative to ensure that they receive stellar customer service and professional interactions. Ensuring that the customer feels heard is a major key to sustaining your cleaning business. The client must feel as if their needs are adequately understood and are capable of being met.
